Level 1 is for those who are calling in a path of deeper alignment in their lives, and looking for support in finding the path to healing, clarity, and confidence in themselves. In this session we will assess your psyche, and begin the introduction to shadow work and energy clearing. 60-minute session.

In this introductory session I will read your current energy and together, we will ascertain what guidance level is best suited for you. We will discuss where you are and what you’re coming up against in your reality and create a plan. 30-minute session.
Level 2 Guidance

Guidance to explore your energy blocks, unresolved wounds, limiting beliefs, and recurring patterns using tools like shadow work, meditation, intuitive insight, and spiritual practices. As you reconnect with your inner wisdom and higher self, you will begin to trust your intuition, release what no longer serves and step into a more aligned, empowered version of yourself and build a energetic practice that works for you. 90-minute session.
Sacred healing circle

Create your own sacred group healing circle—a safe and nurturing space to slow down, connect, and restore balance on all levels of your being. This circle offers an opportunity to receive healing energy, share from the heart, and be witnessed in a supportive community. We will begin with a grounding and energetic healing practice designed to calm the nervous system, release emotional and energetic blockages, and invite clarity and renewal. Participants will generate and share their intentions, reflections, or simply listen in silence—honoring each person’s unique journey. The sacred experience continues with a contemplative walk through the labyrinth, an ancient practice of moving meditation. As you walk, you are invited to release what no longer serves you, receive insight, and reconnect with your inner wisdom. The circle is open to all levels, whether you are seeking healing, cleansing emotional release, spiritual connection, or a deeper sense of peace. Invite your guests, max of 9 people. Level 3 Guidance

Guidance for those seeking complete and utter SOVEREIGNTY. For whether you are feeling overwhelmed after a major life transition, a move, a breakup, career change, personal loss or if you just need to realign your energy. In this session, we dive deep into the emotional layers, patterns and self-limiting beliefs that are recurring. Using intuitive guidance, mindset work, and soul-aligned strategies, we will rebuild your confidence, gain clarity, and take empowered steps towards balance. Together, we will create lasting transformation from the inside out. 120-minute session.
